The ever-lovely Keira Knightley wore a particularly elegant Burberry Prorsum gown last winter at the London premiere of A Dangerous Method.  The conservative burgundy dress features a black bow at the waist and cap sleeves, yet reveals a much sexier side from another angle… Much like the twisted psychological tale Knightley was promoting.  She accessorized it perfectly with a simple black clutch, cocktail ring, a swept-back bun, with dramatic dark eyes and a perfect pink pout.  She is perfection.

Leave it to Sarah Jessica to still look sexy while pregnant!  With the spring season upon us, it makes sense to feature an elegant woman demonstrating rebirth.  (Although, we didn’t even realize this was a maternity dress, until further inspection!)  Here is Miss Parker at the world premiere of Season Five of Sex and the City in 2002.  She is sporting a soft baby pink empire-waist Narcisco Rodriguez dress accented by a simple black band.  Complemented by her strappy heels, sparkly clutch and flower-pin bracelet, SJP looks like a girl ready for a night out on the town (even if she’ll only be sipping virgin drinks!)

Here’s our golden girl, Rachel McAdams, in a plunging, ruched white Emilio Pucci mini-dress and black Christian Louboutin Pigalle heels at the New York premiere of The Time Traveler’s Wife in 2009.  Rachel’s porcelain skin looks untouched and flawless with pink accents, complementing her dark, smokey eyes quite nicely.  She evokes sexiness and sophistication to the Nth degree, as per usual.

This picture only makes us wonder how Macaulay Culkin ever left this pint-size stunner “home alone.”  Here is Mila Kunis at the New York premiere of her latest film, Friends with Benefits, wearing one sexy Lanvin dress.  Paired with satin black pumps and blown-out brunette locks, Kunis certainly looks like a friend we’d like to have around.  Just because Natalie Portman won the gold for Black Swan doesn’t mean the understudy can’t have just as much fun!  Because if that includes dresses like this, the Marine Corps Ball, yelling in Russian and Justin Timberlake, then we’re so in!

Yaya Dacosta, the beautiful multicultural actress, was somehow a runner-up on America’s Next Top Model.  The West African, Brazilian, Irish and Cherokee girl made an interesting career choice by playing Mark Ruffalo’s casual girlfriend in The Kids Are All Right.  Here, at the premiere of the film, she wore a gorgeous black and white Givenchy tuxedo vest and matching skirt from their Spring 2010 Collection, and white peep-toe pumps.  How the hell did she come in second place?!

One of our all-time favorite actresses, Rachel McAdams, always looks good and here she proves she can pull off the hardest color on the red carpet… RED!  Rachel looks ravishing in this scarlet Michael Kors halter gown at the Berlin premiere of Morning Glory.  The crisscrossed black straps and backless detail give this dress a sexy edge.  Sleek and sexy – perfect for a German affair!

Blake Lively is one of the most beautiful girls in Hollywood, and can carry off nearly anything (I mean, honestly this outfit isn’t the most logical choice of going to a glamorous event, but she still looks amazing – this should have been included in our new segment “Crazy Look We Love”).  Here, Lively is wearing an embrodiered white satin Marchesa blazer (sans bra), black shorts and some cute white heels at the The Private Lives of Pippa Lee premiere (photos found at Natalieology).  Our friend, Emily, at the adorable blog, So Anthro, pointed out that H&M is currently carrying a blazer that looks just like this one!  (Albeit, a much cheaper version!)

What better way to celebrate Mother’s Day than featuring a maternity outfit?  Haha.  We’ve mentioned time and time again that Kate Hudson looks great in yellow, and even in her third trimester, she still looks gorgeous in the sunny hue.  Hudson wore this soft yellow, silk Versace gown to the premiere of her latest movie, Something Borrowed.  If something’s going to be borrowed, it’s Kate’s seemingly effortless glamour she maintains, even when she looks like she’s about to pop!  (The actress is expecting her second child with fiance, musician Matthew Bellamy.)  Hudson accessorized her look with Chrome Hearts CH+KH jewelry and Casadei heels.  It’s important to remember that even though you’re pregnant, there’s no reason not to get dressed up – and Kate cements that attitude in this gorgeous gown.
